| Nord forging Co., Ltd manufactures different sizes of forging parts, such as liner tubes, Shafts,Flange,Valves etc. We have two kinds of forging technics, Open die forging (hot forging, drop forging or heavy forging) Closed die forging. The forging parts are used for mining equipment, shipbuilding, Engineering machinery, oil power transportation equipment etc. Mainly materials we using are alloy steel, Stainless steel, Carbon steel. Our facility includes heat treatment equipment, Open die forging facility includes 8000Tons hydraulic machine, 1Ton2Tons 5Tons Drop forging equipment, Closed die forging facility includes 1600Tons,630Tons ,280Tons Grinding pressure equipment and other Machining equipments. We export forging parts to America, Canada, Spain, Australia, U.K, Germany, Sweden, Danmark, Norway etc, and supply good after service. The weight of open die forging ( hot forging, drop forging or heavy forging) we could control is within 80tons. For closed die forging, the weight is from 100g to 20kg. Now our annual export capacity is more than 20000tons. The Inspection equipments we own includes Ultrasonic test equipment, Magnetic test equipment, material laboratory Impact testing equipment.
