Now our annual export capacity is more than 20000tons. Our facility includes heat treament equipment, 7800Ton hydraulic machine, 1Ton&3Ton & 5Ton Drop forging equipment,1600T,630T ,280T,Griding presure equipment and other Machining equipments. We export forging parts to America, Canada, Spain, Australia, U.K, Germany, Sweden, Danmark, Norway etc, and supply good after service.
The weight of open die forging ( hot forging,drop forging or heavy forging) we could control is within 50tons. For closed die forging, the weight is from 100g to 20kg.
The Inspection equipments we own includes Ultrasonic test equpment, Magnetic test equipment, material laboratory & Impact testing equipment. We are ISO9001-2000 quality system registered.
